On August 8, 2014, in accordance with the requirements of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, the Ningbo Municipal Party Committee and the Xiaowangmiao Street Party Working Committee, all members of the Aiyimei Group Party Branch conducted a "Party Physical Examination and Democratic Review" in the conference room on the third floor of the group. The theme of the meeting focused on opposing the "four winds" and serving the masses, in accordance with the requirements of "three stricts and three realities", carried out criticism and self-criticism in the spirit of rectification, identified problems, and implemented rectification.

At the meeting, Comrade Jiang Jianjun read through the first draft of the party spirit control inspection materials of the general party branch of Aiyimei Group, compared with formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism and extravagance, made a profound analysis of the problems existing in the general party branch, and had an in-depth discussion with the participants.

At the meeting, it was pointed out that the current formalism of the general party branch of the Aiyimei Group is manifested in the study. There are many tasks and few inspections and implementation. The mass line is not deep enough at the grassroots level and the problem is not thoroughly solved. Publicity and education attach importance to positive models and ignore insufficient lessons. The problem of bureaucracy is manifested in the incomplete implementation of the mass line, the lack of in-depth understanding of the actual situation at the grassroots level, and the lack of attention. The problems of hedonism are manifested in the spirit of slackness, lack of progress, content with the status quo and lack of innovation. The problem of extravagance is manifested in the misunderstanding and comparison psychology, which weakens the spirit of hard work and relaxes the constraints on extravagance and waste.

To analyze the root causes of the "four winds" problem, one is that there is a fear of difficulties, afraid of solving contradictions and afraid of taking responsibility. The second is the weakening of the ideological concept of serving the masses, the lack of deep understanding of the party's general line and the lack of understanding of the importance of serving the people. Third, the transformation of the subjective world is not conscious enough initiative, to their own party spirit exercise requirements have been relaxed. Fourth, the lack of enterprising consciousness, ideological slack, muddle along, lack of passion and courage to advance bravely. Fifth, the spirit of hard struggle is lacking, and in going deep into the grass-roots level, they are afraid of hardship and trouble.

In view of the problems, the rectification and reform measures in the future will focus on continuing to deepen study and education, establishing the viewpoint of the mass line, and enhancing the ability of mass service; in view of the existing problems, we should dig deep into the root causes and make changes while investigating; we should often carry out exchange activities among party members and cadres to communicate ideas and exchange opinions; we should go deep into the grass-roots investigation and study, actively listen to the opinions of the masses, and effectively solve the problems raised by the masses; improve the work style, enhance the effectiveness of the five aspects.

Subsequently, all members of the general party branch of Aiyimei Group carried out criticism and self-criticism on the issue of the four winds according to their actual work situation, and discussed rectification and reform at the meeting, suggesting that they should further set an example in their future work, set a good example, pay more attention to the work and life of workers, listen more to the opinions of front-line workers, and safeguard the vital interests of the broad masses.
