Aiyimei Business Building Successfully Cementing

On April 30, the Aiyimei Business Building, located at 172 Nanshan Road, Fenghua City, was successfully completed as planned and is expected to be delivered in October 2015. At that time, a new multi-functional commercial and residential area in Fengcheng will be built, greatly enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness and social influence of Aiyimei Group.
Aiyimei Office Building is located on the east side of Nanshan Road and the south side of Pacific Plaza. The total land area of the project is 5204 ㎡, the construction area is 22070 ㎡, and the nature is a commercial office building, of which the commercial construction area is 6500 ㎡, the office construction area is 11714 ㎡, and the green space coverage rate is 20%. The building consists of an 18-storey high-rise business office building, a 3-storey podium and a basement. The total investment plan of the project is RMB 0.12 billion. After completion, it will add a lot of bright colors to the renovation of Nanshan Road Streetscape in Fenghua City.
