Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction Fenghua Thermoelectric Pipe Network Connected with Ningbo

At 13: 00 p.m. on February 24, 2014, Fenghua Thermal Power Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Aiyimei Group, and Ningbo Mingzhou Thermal Power Co., Ltd. officially realized heating networking, which will meet the basic heating needs of 52 enterprise users in Fenghua Economic Development Zone and urban areas, effectively ensuring the heating quality of users and the economic development of our city in the future.

The heating networking project was planned in January 2009, led by Aiyimei Group Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Mingzhou Thermal Power Co., Ltd., and Ningbo Electric Power Development Company and Ningbo Thermal Power Company jointly participated in the construction. On the basis of not relocating the existing thermal power plant, Fenghua Thermal Power Co., Ltd. is funded by Aiyimei Group to build a heat network pipeline, which is connected with Ningbo Mingzhou Thermal Power Co., Ltd., and Mingzhou Thermal Power Co., Ltd. supplies heat and power to Fenghua Thermal Power Co., Ltd. The heat transmission pipe network is laid with Φ 529 × 10 overhead low-support heat network pipeline from the west side of Snowflake Bridge on Siming East Road along the second and third phases of County River, the inner side of Dongjiang flood control road and the slope to Mingzhou Thermal Power, with a total length of about 7200 meters. After completion, the top of the heat network pipeline is about 1.5 meters above the ground, and there are about 500 heat network civil buttresses along the whole line. The project began construction and installation on July 1, 2013, and was officially put into trial operation at 1 pm on February 24, 2014. At present, the average heat supply is about 800 tons/day.

Fenghua Thermal Power Plant has its own heat network pipeline for 15 kilometers, with a maximum heat load of 60 t/h, a minimum of 5 t/h and an average of 30 t/h. It supplies about 200000 tons of heat to Fenghua every year and has 3 sets of steam turbine generator sets with an installed capacity of 6000KW. The fuel is mainly mixed coal from Datong, Shanxi Province, which has high energy consumption and is not conducive to environmental protection. After the realization of networked heating, Fenghua Thermal Power Plant's own high-energy boiler equipment was all shut down, and Ningbo heating was used to transport heat energy to Fenghua via pipelines, which greatly improved energy consumption and pollution emissions in self-production.
