Talents to Prosper Enterprises, Companies Organize Training Courses for Senior Garment Producers

In December 2012, Aiyimei Group organized the first batch of senior clothing maker training in the staff activity center on the fourth floor. 58 grass-roots employees from the cashmere workshop participated in the training. the purpose is to reserve a large number of applied clothing professionals for the company's stable production, transformation and upgrading, and to improve the comprehensive quality of the staff team.

In this training course, in addition to the technical department and workshop team leaders, the trainees also have the backbone staff of the workshop production line. Key teachers with national training qualifications from Zhejiang Textile College served as training teachers. The training content was closely related to the actual situation of the clothing industry. They trained one by one in seven aspects, including body measurement, board making, technology, model, size, equipment and trial operation, and conducted written examination and practical examination on January 12, 2013. At that time, the Municipal Labor Bureau will conduct vocational qualification skills appraisal, and issue the national vocational qualification certification clothing production senior worker certificate to the qualified employees.
