At the end of 2011, Aiyimei Group's clothing industry carried out a major internal structural adjustment, and the main clothing workshops completed the merger and reorganization, optimization and upgrading.

In order to further optimize the allocation of resources, improve the existing production process and organizational structure of the workshop, and improve the production capacity and operation standards of each link and process of the production workshop, after many discussions and resolutions of the group company, the subordinate workshops of Ningbo aiyimei Garment Co., Ltd. and Fenghua aiyimei Garment Co., Ltd. were planned and reorganized on the original basis in the second half of 2011: the setting of workshop management personnel was updated, the first and second workshops of cashmere have been merged, the office space of the technical department has been replaced, and it is planned to open a new boutique workshop in the cashmere workshop in 2012, including a technology research and development center, which is specially responsible for research and development, proofing and production of medium and high-grade independent brand clothing. Such changes and settings, on the one hand, optimize the organizational structure of the workshop, reduce unnecessary links in the original production process, close the communication and cooperation between various posts, and effectively improve the work efficiency on the production line; on the other hand, it improves the technical research and development ability, and provides scientific and technological support and technical guarantee for the construction of independent brands, the expansion of sales market, and the optimization and upgrading of product structure in the future.
