Aiyimei Group Held Year-end Summary Conference and Spring Festival Meeting

Snow greets the spring, bid farewell to the old and welcome the new. On January 5, 2012, Aiyimei Group's 2011 Year-end Summary Conference and Spring Festival Meeting were solemnly held in Aiyimei Hotel. Nearly 450 employee representatives above the company's team leader attended the meeting. Leaders such as Jiang Xueming, director of Xiaowangmiao Sub-district Office, and Fu Qiping, secretary of the Party Committee of Tengtou Village, also attended the meeting and made important speeches.

At the meeting, Comrade Fu Zhicun, chairman of Aiyimei Group, adhered to the principle of "thinking about high risks and making progress", made a summary report on the company's work throughout the year. While summarizing and affirming the achievements of the past year, he clearly pointed out the deficiencies in the work and made plans and arrangements for various work in 2012. He pointed out: in the new year, the whole company should enhance the sense of hardship, strengthen the internal management of the enterprise, improve the operation quality of the enterprise, strengthen the research and development of product technology, expand the domestic and foreign markets, continue to stabilize the diversified industrial structure, and take the road of sustainable development. He also called on all employees to integrate the style of hard work, the vision of taking the overall situation into consideration, the attitude of excellence and the spirit of never giving to daily production, integrate into the development and reform, sum up experience, pioneer and innovate, complete the transformation and upgrading for Aiyimei Group, achieve leapfrog development, and spare no effort to build new achievements! The wonderful speech cheered and encouraged the staff representatives present, and effectively enhanced the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the enterprise. Subsequently, the conference also read out the 2011 list of outstanding party members of Aiyimei Group, and presented awards to the winning employees on the spot.

After the summary meeting, the group also held a cultural evening party and a year-end dinner. The programs compiled and performed by the employees of Aiyimei Group are ingenious and brilliant, fully demonstrating Aiyimei Group's corporate culture of helping each other in the same boat and being perfect. The whole conference was finally pushed to a climax in the applause of the art gala. The curtain came to a successful conclusion in a happy and peaceful atmosphere.
