The activity of creating a learning enterprise of Aiyimei Group began in 2009, and was highly valued by the company's leaders at the beginning of the activity. Under the leadership of the chairman of the group, Comrade Fu Zhicun, the leading group and office of creating a learning organization were specially established. The chairman of the company personally serves as the team leader, and the heads of the departments of the affiliated companies serve as team members, responsible for the specific implementation of the department's "creating a learning organization" activities and the education and training of the department's employees, and implement each link of the activities to the company's specific Daily work and every employee. In the establishment of the "learning enterprise", the company strives to innovate the learning mode and build a multi-level learning channel, using the "five combinations", that is, the combination of learning and work, the combination of learning and interest, the combination of learning and system, the combination of individual learning and team learning, and the combination of learning and various competitions, to enhance the company's learning atmosphere and stimulate the enthusiasm of employees, the main form of learning is changed from training to multi-form, from organizational learning to learning organization, and the creation of "learning enterprise" is continuously promoted in depth.

In order to encourage employees to enhance their enthusiasm for autonomous learning, in October 2011, the group also introduced a series of incentive measures, including: a reward of 500 yuan/person for employees who have won college literary employment through self-study, a reward of 800 yuan/person for undergraduate literary employment, and a reward of 1500 yuan/person for graduate literary employment. For training, 500 yuan/person will be awarded to those who have obtained primary technical titles, 600 yuan/person will be awarded to those who have obtained intermediate professional titles, and 1000 yuan/person will be awarded to those who have obtained senior professional titles.
